Suitable for all levels of flexibility and fitness, beginners and improvers. You will learn correct alignment in the postures and how to work and control the breathing while holding postures. Bring a non-slip mat, blanket or large towel, low pillow (optional). Wear loose comfortable clothing. Please note that yoga is not recommended for pregnant women in their first trimester.
