Suitable for beginners and improvers, and all levels of flexibility and fitness. You will learn correct alignment in the postures, how to work and control your breathing while holding postures, and how to relax and release tension from the body.

Bring a non-slip mat, blanket or large towel and a cushion. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Please note that yoga is not recommended for pregnant women in their first trimester.
