Yoga Taster

Ref: 1136

Suitable for beginners and improvers, and all levels of flexibility and fitness.  You will learn correct alignment in the postures and how to work and control the breathing while holding postures.  Bring a non-slip mat, blanket or large towel and a cushion.  Wear loose comfortable clothing.  Please note that yoga is not recommended for pregnant women in their first trimester.
