Wellbeing & how to feel good now

This class will offer tips on wellness, managing stress, and enjoying life.  The current COVID pandemic makes it particularly important to learn more about how to feel good in yourself, build resilience and develop a positive outlook. There will be a strong emphasis on practical strategies for getting by, and we will consider the benefits of creative activities for health and wellbeing.

About your tutor, Jane Finnie:

I have many years experience as an Adult Education Tutor and Trainer. I am a graduate of Edinburgh & Strathclyde Universities. I believe that lifelong learning improves quality of life, encouraging personal growth while providing new interests and opportunities for learners. I have taught a wide range – sociology; health & wellbeing; reminiscence; Youth Work training, creative writing. I tailor my classes to suit the interests of people there. I am also qualified and experienced in offering advice about taking new directions and progressing on future paths.
