Wellbeing & how to feel good

Ref: 3673

This class is about learning to live life to the full, and overcoming obstacles experienced in day-to-day life.

We will consider how to get motivated, how to “switch off”, and how to improve communication skills.  We will discuss examples of a positive attitude in action.  We will also consider mindful walking, which easily fits into a daily routine and can have a positive impact.

Bring paper and pencils/pens.
