Popular Face Yoga Returns

Following strong interest from the community, another series of Face Yoga with Ana Stiebar gets underway this week.

This engaging class introduces learners to a series of exercises designed to train and tone the muscles of the face and head. Participants will explore simple yet effective techniques that aim to improve circulation, encourage natural facial lifting, and support a healthy, radiant glow. As well as the physical benefits, the sessions also offer an opportunity to relax and release everyday tension, particularly valuable for those who spend long periods working at a computer.
