Mindfulness Toolkit - Back to Basics

This course will give you the tools to feel more relaxed, calm and confident. It will involve looking at: your breath, your daily routine, how you spend your time, and learning ways to take better care of yourself.

Bring a blanket, a yoga mat (if you have one) and pillow, notebook and pens.
