Mindfulness for Health

For anyone with chronic or long term pain, stress or illness. The only prerequisite is willingness and commitment to engage fully with the programme.

Content includes three formal meditation practices, breath and body awareness, gentle movement, practical activities, group discussion, home practices. Through these you will learn how to apply mindfulness to all aspects of daily life.

The handbook and accompanying downloads or CDs will cost an additional £30/£35, payable to the tutor.

Bring a yoga mat or camping mat, 1 or 2 light blankets, 1 or 2 cushions and yoga blocks if you have them.

Times: Sunday 2 February and 22 March, 10am - 1pm; 10am - 12.30pm all other dates
Cost: £88.52 / 45.26c (plus £30/£35 for materials, payable to the tutor)
