Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

An introduction to Mindfulness Meditation theory and practice, including gentle mindful movements and a number of meditation practices.

By the end of the class, you will have increased your knowledge and have the confidence to practice at home.

Bring a yoga or camping mat, 1 or 2 light blankets, yoga blocks if you have them, 1 or 2 cushions, and a packed lunch or money for the cafe (lunch is not provided).
