Extreme Sketching

Ref: 2465

Suitable for bold beginners and learners with more experience who want to be challenged to try new materials and conditions of sketching. Mobility will be needed as the intention is to go out sketching, walking to locations and being outside for some time.

Each week we will focus on a different set of materials and how to use them to record our surroundings. The days will be about being brave and bold whatever the weather. The focus is not about producing a beautiful piece of work, but about trying out materials whilst enjoying being outside, in the moment, with no distractions.

Wear warm, waterproof clothing that you don't mind getting dirty, something to sit on, a warm drink and a packed lunch. The tutor will provide you with a list of materials to bring to the class.
