Bread making for Beginners – From a basic white loaf to European breads and Sourdough, including how to make and maintain a sourdough starter.
Learn how to mix and knead the dough at the class, then prove them overnight, and bake your own loaf at home the next day.
At the end of the class you should have an understanding of the bread making cycle and be able to produce good quality bread of various types at home.
Bring a bowl, 500g strong white flour and a 7g sachet of instant yeast to the first session. The tutor will tell you what to bring for subsequent nights.
