Cook-along Session - Curry

Learn how to make Chicken Jalfrezi, Masala fish curry, Aloo Gobi and Tarka Dhal.  The tutor will prepare and cook the dishes and you can cook along to create an authentic taste of India.

You will be provided with a list of ingredients to take to the class.  You should also bring containers to take your food home and £2 payable to the tutor for specialist ingredients.

Please let us know when you book if you have any food allergies or if you would like a vegetarian alternative to be demonstrated.

This class is free of charge as it is funded by Scottish Government’s Community Based Adult Learning Recovery Fund.
