Cockleshell Scarf

Ref: 3722

Fully Booked

Suitable for people who can knit garter stitch but are new to lace knitting.

We will spend time exploring the cockleshell in Shetland Lace knitting using different thicknesses and colours of yarn. Each student will receive a written and charted pattern and will be encouraged to explore their own designs to create individual scarves and cowls.

The tutor will provide you with a list of materials to bring to the class.  You should also bring a knitting belt, if you use one.

This class is free of charge as it is funded by the Scottish Government’s ‘Community Based Adult Learning Recovery Fund’ which aims to help improve engagement of adult learners in community-based learning opportunities.
