Mindful Meditation Practice Session

Follow up to introductory classes. You will increase your knowledge of Mindfulness and how to apply it to all aspects of daily life. You will take part in and practice three Mindfulness Meditations to improve your wellbeing day to day. Bring a yoga mat or camping mat, 1 or 2 light blankets, 1 or 2 cushions and yoga blocks if you have them. Lunch is not provided; bring a packed lunch or money for the cafeteria.
