A four-week course looking at how to cook for less. The course is built around main meals and how to make them cheaper and help the household budget stretch. You will be using basic cooking skills, preparing main courses and tasting them. Each week will focus on dishes using a staple i.e. Rice, Potatoes, Pasta & Noodles. It will include some vegetarian dishes. There is an additional charge of £10 for ingredients payable directly to the tutor.

Times: 7pm - 9pm
Cost: £31.20 / £15.60c (plus £10 for ingredients, payable to the tutor)
